
"Time is Money" for this investor client! The refrigerator location was blocking the entrance and view of the kitchen. The previously added on room for the washer and dryer was at a different floor elevation than the kitchen area. Pier & Beam foundation issues were causing the floor to sink and the cabinets to pull away from the wall. The majority of mortar on the exterior wall behind the sink was missing; causing floor, insulation, and structural damage. The range wall had it's own issues. There was no microwave, the stove barely functioned and there were no cabinets for storage. Tenants were due to arrive in a month. Let's make it happen!
