FROM OUR FOUNDER
Hi, I'm Bert Bell. I grew up in west-central Missouri, where I began my career managing a large home improvement company for eight years. I later spent a decade in sales, operations, and human resources before becoming Vice President of a major custom cabinet manufacturer. That background gave me a rare combination of technical knowledge, business discipline, and design expertise that I brought with me when I founded Kitchens by Bell, LLC.
I started KBB because I saw a gap in the market -- homeowners who wanted high-quality, custom remodeling work but were frustrated by the complexity of managing multiple contractors, designers, and decision-makers at once. At Kitchens by Bell, you don't pay a separate architect or designer. You work with me directly through every phase of your project. I design the space, manage the trades, and stay personally accountable to you from start to finish. That's not just a selling point -- it's the reason our clients come back and send their friends.
