CIRCLE C RANCH KITCHEN REMODEL

This Circle C Ranch kitchen remodel transformed a dated, closed-off layout into a bright, open transitional kitchen built for the way this Austin family actually cooks and entertains. The existing space felt cramped and disconnected -- brown cabinetry, a cluttered corner pantry, and an oven enclosure that blocked the flow of the room. Owner Bert Bell took on this Circle C update as a full layout redesign from the ground up, moving walls and rethinking every square foot before demo started.

To open the space, we modified a structural support wall and removed both the oven enclosure and corner pantry, freeing up room for a completely redesigned cooking zone. Custom roll-out pantry cabinets were built around the refrigerator for organized, accessible storage -- no wasted space. We added a dedicated bar area just off the kitchen for drinks, glassware, and entertaining. The cooking wall became a focal point: a custom stone backsplash with a built-in accent design frames a wall-mounted pot filler and integrated spice-rack organization on both sides. The oven and microwave were stacked into a single built-in column with a warming drawer below -- clean, efficient, and purpose-built.

The finished kitchen features frameless shaker cabinetry in off-white, granite countertops, hardwood flooring, and recessed plus under-cabinet LED lighting throughout. It's a complete transformation -- from a closed, inefficient layout to an open transitional kitchen that finally fits the home and the homeowners.
