Owner Bert Bell designed and built both vanities to match the architectural details and finishes used across the kitchen and living spaces.
Guest Bathroom: The guest bath features a 10-foot floating vanity with two sinks, six doors, and three large drawers. The cabinetry was finished with the same rich multi-step dye staining process used throughout the Lake Austin Bungalow kitchen -- a layered technique that penetrates the wood grain to produce a depth and vibrancy that standard staining can't match. LED accent lighting installed underneath the vanity highlights the floating design and adds a soft, modern glow.
Primary Bathroom: The primary bath includes a custom floating vanity with a vessel sink and six drawers, designed with a clipped end to accommodate the entry path into the bathroom. The clipped corner features an inset radius-arch pattern that matches the signature design elements used throughout the Lake Austin Bungalow kitchen. The vanity was finished with a seven-step black dye stain process for a deep, contemporary look, with LED accent lighting underneath adding a warm, ambient touch.
The finished vanities bring a modern, architectural feel to both spaces while tying seamlessly into the overall design language of the home -- exactly what the homeowners were after.
