STEINER RANCH BATH

This Steiner Ranch bath needed a full transformation -- the original layout had dated finishes, a cramped feel, and a corner tub that was ready to go. The homeowners wanted a clean, modern design with upgraded fixtures and a more open, spa-like feel. Owner Bert Bell reworked the entire plan, finalizing scope and selections before demo to keep the project organized from start to finish.

Everything came out from floor to ceiling. Plumbing supply lines and drains were fully relocated for the new soaking tub, curbless shower, and floating vanity. The main floor and shower walls were finished in 15x30 District Gray porcelain tile, while the accent wall behind the tub features bold Kavala Black porcelain tile for contrast. The curbless walk-in shower includes frameless low-iron tempered glass, a linear drain, and recessed wall niches for clean, functional storage.

The floating vanity was built in horizontal-grain rift-sawn white oak, paired with Calacatta Gold quartz countertops, vessel sinks, and wall-mounted faucets. A Signature Hardware freestanding soaking tub serves as the focal point of the room, flanked by pendant lighting and anchored by the dramatic Kavala Black accent wall behind it. A 32x94-inch black-framed vanity mirror, rain shower head, and new three-panel shaker interior doors complete the transformation.

The finished Steiner Ranch bath is modern, bright, and thoughtfully designed -- a warm, spa-inspired primary bathroom that the homeowners couldn't be happier with.
