STEINER RANCH BATH

This Steiner Ranch primary bathroom needed a full transformation to replace the original layout and dated finishes. The homeowners wanted a clean, modern design with upgraded fixtures and a more open feel. Owner, Bert Bell reworked the entire plan, finalizing the scope and selections before demo to keep the project organized from start to finish.

We removed everything from floor to ceiling and relocated plumbing supply lines and drains for the new soaking tub, curbless shower, and floating vanity. The main floor and shower walls were finished in 15x30 District Gray porcelain tile, while the accent wall behind the tub features bold Kavala Black porcelain tile for contrast. The curbless walk‑in shower includes frameless low‑iron tempered glass, a linear drain, and recessed wall niches for clean, functional storage.

The floating vanity was built in horizontal‑grain rift‑sawn white oak and paired with Calacatta Gold quartz countertops, vessel sinks, and wall‑mounted faucets. Additional fixtures include a rain shower head, Signature Hardware soaking tub, pendant lighting at the vanity and tub, and a 32" x 94" black‑framed vanity mirror. New three‑panel shaker interior doors were installed to complete the updated look.

The homeowners appreciated the communication, craftsmanship, and attention to detail throughout the project. The finished bathroom is modern, bright, and thoughtfully designed with a warm, spa‑inspired aesthetic.
