CIRCLE C SOUTH BATH

This Circle C South Bath was completed as part of the same project as the Circle C South Kitchen remodel -- giving the homeowners a cohesive, top-to-bottom transformation across the home in a single organized scope. The original primary bathroom had a closed-in layout, a framed closet eating up floor space, and dated finishes throughout. The homeowners wanted a brighter, more open design with modern fixtures and a spa-like feel. Owner Bert Bell reworked the entire plan, finalizing scope and selections before demo to keep the project on track from start to finish.

Everything came out from floor to ceiling, including the closet and soffits. Plumbing supply lines and drains were fully relocated for the new tub, shower, and wall-mounted fixtures. The main floor was finished in 15x30 porcelain tile, while the shower floor features 1.5-inch matte ceramic mosaic. The shower and tub walls combine 4x16 Meringue glossy white tile on the end walls with a 24x48 Trevisa Bianca large-format accent wall. A curbless walk-in shower with ShowerGuard low-iron tempered glass completes the clean, open layout -- low-iron glass eliminates the green tint of standard shower glass, keeping the tile colors true and the space visually open.

The floating vanity, floating shelves, and makeup desk were all built in rift-sawn white oak for a warm, contemporary look. Bianco Vail quartz countertops, Miseno vessel sinks, wall-mounted faucets, a freestanding soaking tub, LED makeup mirror, and pendant lighting over the vanity and tub complete the space. The result is a cohesive, modern Circle C South bathroom -- open, bright, and designed for everyday comfort.
