CIRCLE C SOUTH KITCHEN

This Circle C South kitchen remodel was built around a brighter, more functional layout with better storage and a cleaner overall look. The homeowners wanted something updated but warm, so Owner Bert Bell reworked the design to improve workflow, modernize the finishes, and tie the kitchen into the rest of the home. All scope and selections were finalized before demo to keep the project on track from start to finish.

The pantry and soffit came out first, opening the space for a full rebuild. Storage around the refrigerator was redesigned with large custom cabinets and roll-out shelving for easy everyday access. The standout finish is a two-tone shaker cabinet package -- deep blue base cabinets paired with soft off-white uppers, finished with a 3-inch Perla Hexagon Glass Mosaic backsplash that gives the kitchen real visual depth. Metro Quartz Glacial countertops, a Kraus Bellucci composite sink, recessed and under-cabinet LED lighting, and 12x24 Cavalier Ivory porcelain tile flooring complete the space. Appliances include Thermador, GE, and Bosch throughout.

This Circle C South project also included a full master bathroom remodel completed in the same scope -- giving the homeowners a cohesive, top-to-bottom update across the home in a single organized project.
